Social organization because of its unique advantage can undertake a lot of work which can’t be done, reluctant to be done or can’t be done well by the government in the process of public crisis management.However, there are still many problems in the process of public crisis management, for instance, Social organization has no clear legal position in the process of public crisis management, enthusiasm for participation is not high enough, its developing space has been limited, lack of effective collaboration with other public crisis governance subjects.It can solve the public crises more quickly and efficiently by finding out the effective way of Social organization to participate in public crisis management. For instance strengthen the consciousness of social organization to participate in public crisis of governance responsibilities; A sound system of social organizations to participate in public crisis management; Build collaboration mechanism of social organizations and other crisis governance body; To establish social organizations to participate in public crisis management of security system.
