On the basis of deep and scrupulous researches , the thesis use the tool of SWOT analysis and two-way HR programming and the method of combining theory and fact, analyze Z corporation's concrete condition with nowadays advanced HR theories of administration, and thereon help Z corporation design a system of HR strategy administration, which achieve Z corporation's agreement of both directorate and the whole administration layer .Meanwhile, the system has been proved a successful one, owing to the visible effect it achieved. |
