This paper discusses the human resource strategy for acquiring competition advantage of Dalian Innovation Parts Manufacturing Company. It includes four sections. The first section introduces the history, product market and human condition of the company. Then it draws a conclusion of the human resource confronting of the challenge after entering WTO. The second section introduces the development strategy of Dalian Innovation Company and analyses the current condition of human resource. The author also compares the opportunities, threats, advantages and disadvantages to this company. Especially, he analyses the disadvantages of human resource. The third section analyses the human resource strategy for acquiring competition advantages from three aspects of choosing proper people, using proper people and laying aside proper people. Then it supplies a model of development strategy of human resource to the company. The last section is conclusion and suggesting. |
