Yuanbaoshan Power Plant Human Resources Strategy Research

Meeting the need of the enterprise's adaption to the exteral environment, Human Resource Strategy (HRS), made through considering the enterprise's developing strategy and the expectation of its employees, plays an important role in human resource exploration and management as well as the implement of its strategy.Breaking the former monopplistic situation in electric power sector, a new one with five big power plants has been formed. And it's a trend to clear the relation between the power plants and electricity transfer corporations and to introduce a competition between them.Based on the theory of HRSM,this paper uses SWOT to andlyze the internal exteral enviroment,considers its situation and strategy and then proposes an effective HMS settlement for the enterprise to accomplish its objetive.
