Addition to general life sewage, hospital sewage also contains chemical substances, such as radioactive waste water and pathogens. Therefore, hospital sewage must be processed before discharged, especially discharged from hepatitis or other infection wards hospital sewage must be disinfected before discharge.From the requirements of hospital sewage field devices running status and drainage safety, this thesis puts forward to establish multilayer distributed system, forming a sewage treatment of remote monitoring model framework. Combined with the actual situation of the hospital, I compares and analyses variety of fieldbus industrial application of network connection in the technological requirements of sewage treatment. From the distributed system integrity, reliability, openness and scalability aspects, this thesis proposes based on RS-485 field bus communication solution. In collaboration with the hospital engineering design based on industrial control computer and intelligent module distributed control system of sewage treatment.Sewage treatment distributed control system consists of upper and lower machine.The upper machine using configuration software to realize the remote monitoring and management functions, which includes processing flow display, real-time data acquisition display, historical data report, fault alarm etc. Based on the consideration of wiring installation, the number of interface, and cost of the project, RS-485 serial communication network is selected. After selected communication network,â… selected lower machine from kinds of individual devices.Lower machine includes equipment cabin controller, fieldbus instruments and data acquisition control system, etc. Yanhua 485 intelligent module is selected to connect multi-channel I/O modules, field instruments or equipment for data acquisition and monitoring. As Sd-wit H2000 chlorine dioxide reactor cabin controller contains RS-485 communication interface, so it is connected directly to 485 network. But this controller is not the default configuration software communications equipment, so I do related research of communications between it and upper machine. After revising of the chlorine dioxide reactor and upper machine, communications between them acted normally and work well.The application of distributed control system is stable and secure hospital sewage disposal to meet the requirements of production and process. Hardware configuration is advanced, PC software design is reasonable and practical, and improve the sewage disposal effect and the management level. After a period of practical running, it shows that the system monitoring of the field devices is accurate, and the control to chlorine dioxide generator is stability. Emissions meets the requirements of state of sewage discharge, and using the fuzzy control based on PID, chlorine dioxide production save raw material, meet the design requirements.
