Cobalt is an important strategic resource, with its high melting point, good abrasion resistance, high strength, widely used in aviation, spaceflight, electrical appliances, machinery manufacturing, chemical, ceramic industry, etc. With the development of economy, the cobalt needs more and more.This article studied on the copper cobalt ore imported from Zambia of Africa. Through the bacteria leaching method, the bacteria in different pulp density of leaching effect, and bacteria in the domestication of copper cobalt ore before and after the leaching ability contrast test, studies copper cobalt ore bacteria leaching influence in different ways.The study of process mineralogical show that the content of copper in the ore is 23.6%, cobalt content is 1.03%. The main metal mineral is chalcopyrite and pyrite, the gangue mainly SiO2 and magnesium aluminate spinel. The mainl cobalt ore mineral is sulphur copper ore, copper ore mineral is mainly chalcopyrite, then borniter, copperglance and covellite.The leaching research is lixiviating the pulp density of 3%,5% and 10% in the high cobalt ions of domesticated bacteria leaching system. Pulp density 3% after nine days of leaching, weightlessness rate is 26.7%, Cu extraction rate is 38.2%, and the Co extraction rate is 94.5%. Pulp density 5% after 18 days of leaching, weightlessness rate was 30%, Cu extraction rate is 44.8%, and the Co extraction rate is 91.1%. Pulp density 10% after 22 days of leaching, weightlessness rate was 48.2%, Cu leaching rate was 51.7%, the Co leaching rate of 89.3%. The results show that with the increase of the concentration of the pulp leaching time growth, weightlessness rate increasing, Co leaching rate reducing, copper extraction rate increasing.The comparison study of the original bacteria and tame bacteria and domestication bacteria and the leaching of domestication of the ore bacteria show that:in the same pulp density, through leaching of 22 days, to join the original bacteria Co extraction rate is 52.7%, and the domestication of bacteria to Co leaching rate of 86.2%, join strains of domesticated Co leaching rate of primitive bacteria than to join the Co extraction rate increased by 33.5%. The leaching of domesticated ore bacteria 18 days after oxidation, pulp density 8% of weightlessness rate was 45.8%, Cu extraction rate is 28.5%, and the Co extraction rate is 96.3%. To pulp density 5% bacteria leaching, domestication compared weightlessness rate increased 15.8%, Co leaching rate increased 5.2%, Cu extraction rate is reduced by 16.3%. Three kinds of bacteria Co leaching rate of order:the original bacteria< tame bacteria< the leaching of domesticated ore bacteria.Different stages and ore leaching experiment show that bacteria in 32 days of bacteria leaching experiment by the high concentrations of bacteria and weightlessness rate is 32.2%, Cu extraction rate is 54.6%, and the Co extraction rate is 71.4%; In the 36 days of bacteria leaching experiment by the high potential and ore weightlessness rate is 44.4%, and the Co leaching rate of 86.2%, Cu extraction rate is 45.6%. Through the test results can be obtained:high potential of cobalt ore block and leaching rate of high concentration is superior to add ore block bacteria. Through the general test results can be obtained in:to promote the leaching Co that inhibits the Cu leaching because potential, high potential, go against the Cu leaching and good for the leaching of Co.
