The ERP System Architecture Of Clothing Production Enterprise

In the21th century, the market-oriented economy become more and more global, the development of science and technology make informatization and networked become the tendency of economic development. Clothing enterprise is labor-intensive industry, in order to be in an invincible position in the competition, it must to adopt the advanced management and rapid information processing mechanism, with this, it can strengthen the management of the enterprise process. In this case, ERP become an inevitable trend in the development of clothing enterpriseIn the thesis, this paper is based on the practical research of the production process and the characteristics of management that applying to the small and medium clothing production enterprise in Wuhan. It combined the theory of clothing technique and production management. From the point of view of feasibility, the paper takes the small and medium clothing in Wuhan for study background, and firstly studies the enterprise's scheduling problem, after that, with the ERP management ideas, it developed a clothing production management system that combined with C++Builder and SQL Server.When studying the production scheduling problem of clothing enterprise, this paper classified it as the Flow Shop problem and analyzed its scheduling model, with this basis, it builds the model of scheduling problem for clothing enterprise using genetic algorithm. During the developing process, the system takes the production as the object of study. According with the ERP management thinking, the system is developed with C++Builder, which development environment is visual, when developing, we use the SQL Server2005as the database system, with all resource, the system is finished. The system are composed of two parts, included the basic part and the whole of production process. Among them, the setting of basic data included the setting of clothing, classificatory, storage etc; the management of production process is the key to the whole system, for example, the management of BOM, production design, download, end-piece and storage etc. In a word, the production is related to the whole production process. After finishing the system, the whole process of production management are realized and it become transparent.
