Study Of Ganoderma Lucidum Excellent Strains Screening Arid Spores Collecting Technology In Lishui. Zhejiang

Ganoderma lucidum is a tradition and precious large fungi with the character of dual-purposefood and medicine. It's considered as a treasure which has the efficacy of supporting healthyenergy, it is also called "Oriental herb". The study on the yields and main appearance properties ofdifferent varieties of G. lucidum, as well as the study on the technology of collecting Ganodermaspore, provide scientific basis for authenticity identification and selection of G. lucidum.Nine major varieties of G. Lucidum, such as HanZhi1, G8, TaiShan LingZhi, YuanZhi, Ming1,Han2, Long1, Long2and Ye1were collected from the main cultivation regions, and they werecultivated on log. The appearance characters, for example, the diameter and thickness of pileus offruit bodies, the length and multiple of stipe were all measured. The results showed that the yieldswere significant different among artificial cultivation G. lucidum in different varieties. Theproductions of Ming1and Han2were higher than the local varieties Long1and Long2by47.5%~27.5%. Ye1, a wild isolated strain, has a yield higher than Long1by37.1%. These resultsillustrated that the introduction and breeding of fine varieties G. lucidum has a great potential.There were also significant differences among the appearance of characters on different varietiesof G. lucidum. The general characteristics of high yield fungus strains is high sesame rate,bigsingle body, heavy single body, and medium length stipe. Based on the comprehensive evaluationon the appearance characters, and biological conversion rate, Han2, Ye1and Ming1were finevarieties, and then they were suitable for popularization and application on LiShui.The spore collector, which was made from common materials such as white cardboard andoil-lustrous paper, provided an independent basic closed space. This can not only isolate the G.lucidum from the outside effectively, and stop the spore powder free, but also ensure airpermeability of G. lucidum. The use of the collector had no effects on the development of the fruitbodies of G. lucidum, but it can ensure temperature and air relative humidity change more slowly.All these were more conducive to the dissemination of spore powder. When the collector was usedon a large area, the yield of Ganoderma spore was very high, it was38.3%. During the emissionof Ganoderma spore from13July to13August, there has no significant difference on the contentsof polysaccharide, amino acids, and trace elements of Ganoderma spore. The results showedGanoderma spore can be collected during the whole transmitting period.
