Effect Of Dachengqi Decoction Used On Enteral Resuscitation Of Patients With Critical Illness

Gastrointestinal tract is the first affected organ, when the body is stimulated, and Gastrointestinal tract is the originating organ when Multiple Organ Dysfunction Syndrome (MODS) have taken.Critically ill patients have different extents of intestinal dysfunction, adopting timely and effective manner in order to improve intestinal tolerance in patients with eternal nutrition and prevent bacterial translocation and improve prognosis and avoid multiple organ failure. Dachengqi Decoction is the representative side of In XiaFa general attack.Dachengqi Decoction can promote gastrointestinal peristalsis, promote the secretion of intestinal juice, thus avoiding MODS.Objective:It is to explore the effect of Dacheng Decoction used in different time on enteral resuscitation of patients with critical illness.Methods:The patients with APPACHEâ…¡score 12-20 points,and bowel dysfunction were randomly divided into 3 groups, Groupâ… received routine enteral resuscitation, groupâ…¡received Dachengqi Decoction before the application of the enteral resuscitation, Groupâ…¢received Dachengqi Decoction after the application of the enteral resuscitation. Intestinal dysfunction score, tolerance of nutrition therapy,abdominal organs infection,systemic bacterial infection in the groups was observed before and after treatment.Results:Comparing Groupâ…¡to Groupâ… , Groupâ…¢after treatment,intestinal dysfunction score, enteral nutrition rate, rate of enteral nutrition+parenteral nutrition were significantly different (all P<0.05); The ratio of parenteral nutrition showed no significant difference among 3 groups. Comparing Groupâ…¡and Groupâ… , Groupâ…¢, the rate of the abdominal organs infection, systemic bacterial infection,were significant differences (P<0.05). The indicators showed no significant difference between Groupâ… and Groupâ…¢.Conclusion:The effect of application of Dachengqi Decoction before enteral resuscitation was better than that after the enteral resuscitation applications; Comparing routine enteral resuscitation to received Dachengqi Decoction after the application of resuscitation in the patients with critical illness, there was no significant difference.
