Effect Of Dachengqi Decoction On IL-23/IL-17 Experimental Function In Rats With Yangming Disease(Yangming Fu Demonstration)

Objective:To investigate the effect of interleukin-23(Interleukin-23,IL-23)and interleukin-17(Interleukin-17,IL-17)in the treatment of Yangming disease(Yangming Fu syndrome)and after the intervention of Dachengqi Decoction Changes in the study and histopathological analysis of rat lung histopathology.Methods:Sixty-eight male SD rats were randomly divided into regular group(n=16),model group(n=22),and Chinese medicine group(n=22).The averagrge group was given 2ml of normal saline by gavage every day,the rats in the model group were given traditional Chinese medicine hot medicine,10% suspension of their faeces and intraperitoneal injection of E.coli endotoxin lipopolysaccharide.After the successful modelling,the traditional Chinese medicine group was given Dachengqi Decoction by gavage twice a day at Maoshi(5:00-7:00)and Youshi(17:00-19:00).Three consecutive days.After modeling and drug intervention,eight rats were sampled from regular group,11 rats were tested from the regular group and the traditional Chinese medicine group,and blood was collected from the abdominal aorta at at Maoshi(5:00-7:00)and Youshi(17:00-19:00).Three animals were selected from the normal group,the model group and the drug group in each period,and the right lung was taken for lung histopathological observation,and the rest were subjected to lung tissue homogenization to observe the content and changes of IL-23 and IL-17.Results:(1)Changes of serum IL-23 and IL-17 contents in experimental rats: the contents of IL-23 and IL-17 in the regular group were significantly higher than those in the normal group when the Yangming disease was not determined and when it was determined(P<0.01);the drug group The contents of IL-23 and IL-17 in the non-resolved and in-determined cases of Yangming disease were lower than those in the regular group(P<0.01);the contents of IL-23 and IL-17 in the drug group were lower than those in the drug group in non-resolved cases(P<0.05);(2)Changes of IL-23 and IL-17 contents in the lung tissue of experimental rats: the contents of IL-23 and IL-17 in the lung tissue of the rats in the model group were higher than those in the normal group when the Yangming disease was not to be resolved and when it was to be resolved(P<0.01);the contents of IL-23 and IL-17 in the lung tissue of the rats in the drug group were significantly different from those in the model group when the Yangming disease was not to be resolved or to be resolved(P<0.01).-23.The content of IL-17 was significantly different from that of the drug group when it was not to be resolved(P<0.05);(3)Histological case observation: In the normal group,the structure of the lung tissue of the rats in each period was not damaged,the morphology of the alveoli and alveolar septum was normal.In the model group,the structure of the lung tissue was destroyed at each stage,and the alveolar space in the model group was widened when not to be resolved,Blood cells were exuded and inflammatory cells were aggregated.Compared with the non-explained group,the alveolar atrophy of the desire-explained group was less,and there was no exudation of blood cells and inflammatory cells.Compared with the model group,the lung tissue structure of the rats in the drug group was more complete,the alveolar space was slightly widened,and there was no inflammatory cell exudation.Conclusion:Dachengqi Decoction has a preventive effect on the LPS-induced Yangming disease(Yangming fu syndrome)rat model.17 inflammatory axis,thus playing a regulatory role in Yangming disease(Yangming fu syndrome),and in the "time to resolve" of Yangming disease,the inflammatory indexes of IL-23 and IL-17 were significantly down-regulated,and the lung injury recovered significantly.It shows that better curative effect can be obtained when the drug is administered "when the solution is desired".
