Research On Recycling Construction Waste Management System Of Cities In Xi’an

The production of urban construction waste is sharply increasing during thesustainable development stage of urban construction in China. How to use constructionwaste has become an issue of the current urgent which need to think. It has veryimportant practical significance for strengthening the ability of recycling constructionwaste management system of cities in China that the paper scientifically constructsrecycling construction waste management system of cities in China.It is pointed out that the existing problems through the analysis status of recyclingconstruction waste management of cities in Xi’an. The key factors are extracted byusing the principal component analysis, there are the level of construction technologyand construction waste circulation utilization levels, the construction and dismantling ofthe size of the main factors. It can be drawn the construction waste production at2012-2015years in Xi’an. Learning the experiences of recycling management ofconstruction garbage from developed countries, recycling management of constructionwaste management system in China is established, including legal security,administrative supervision, reverse logistics management, technology development andconsulting services, cycle production management, promote the use of recyclingtechnologies and products, consulting services, publicity and education, and so on. Withtext analysis, interviews and questionnaire survey, it is clear that the13general factorsaffect the using and development of recycling construction waste management systemof cities in Xi’an. By using the use of principal component we can easily conclude themain influencing factors, there are the support efforts of government,building garbagerecycling technology and the development and application of the recycled products, financing services and effective information service platform, as well as publicity andeducation to the public. Pointed out that the Xi’an construction waste recyclingmanagement system focused on the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.The system of recycling management of construction waste is internal mechanism,including regulation, economic incentives, technological innovation, information andpubic participation mechanisms.The use of the results of this paper will benefit to promote systematic managementof recycling construction waste management system of cities in Xi’an. And will help toimprove the level of recycling construction waste management system of cities in Xi’an.
