| Reform and opening up has greatly stimulated China’s economic development, and urban construction also. Because of urbanization and urban renewal, urban real estate construction, municipal construction, dilapidated buildings demolition, building demolition, land acquisition and demolition and other construction activities have resulted in a large amount of construction and demolition waste, many cities facing the CDW siege currently. CDW recycling Industry, not only can solve the city’s the environmental problems and ease the landfill shortage, but also turn waste into wealth. the economic benefits generate with social and environmental benefits.In this paper, depands on the area of Nanjing urban housing between1978to2010, in conjunction with other research on urbanization, the future trend of house construction activities in Nanjing was predicted. Then,we got construction waste trend also. depands on Statistics of Nanjing building demolition between1986to2010, analysis of different types of demolition was got through regression analysis, time series models and wellas panel mode.At last, the general trend of the city’s construction and demolition waste was reached. Integrating resources and technology on recycling construction and demolition waste at home and abroad, combining with the actual situation of China and Nanjing, the designation of the government policies and the feasibility of construction waste recycling industrywas discussed. |
