| With the development of seamless lines, people put forward higher requirements to rail welding joint, namely the requirement of the rail welding joint with higher internal and external quality. The internal quality had been better assurance through automation, digitalization, modular and other improvements. The external quality required the rail welding joint surface without defects, with high dimension accuracy and flatness. In which, the flatness affected the rail seriously, and it was difficult to achieve high precision.The current domestic and international use of the straightening machine realized seamless rail welding automatic measurement of straightness error, but straightening process need to control manually, especially it was hard to control the straightening force and straightening displacement, rely on the experience and feeling,and need to straightening repeatedly, which restricted the rail welding joint straightening precision and efficiency.Therefore, this paper designed a new automatic four-way rail straightening machine. In the mechanical structure adopted in front of two column back to strengthen the board structure, overall on a movable platform, to ensure the stability and service life of straightening machine. In the control system, the Ansys modeling software for the rail straightening process was simulated, preliminary obtained the straightening force and the straightening displacement of the two straightening parameters. The rail surface curved image getting from the laser displacement sensor was analyzed to determine the point of application and the offset position. And the straightening parameters database system was established. By the learning mode in using a process of constant database optimization, the automation degree of the system and the quality of the joint were improved. |
