The thesis discusses the important role and present situation of copper plate strip in the economic development, also studies the aligning technology of the sheet metal of nonferrous metal. Reduction, roll distance, aligning speed, aligning force, aligning torque and the stress change in the aligning process, sheet flatness of the aligning machine in the aligning process are the process parameters that designers and users need to know. Based on the research of aligning theory of the sheet metal, and constructing the dynamic numerical simulation system, can supply the designer with necessary design and adjustment gist in the machine design process, also can cut the design cycle, depress the cost of production, and improve the aligning quality.This paper in the materials mechanics and in the elastoplasticity mechanics foundation, has carried on to the thin steel plate curving theory as well as the non-ferrous metal thin steel plate strightening theory the analysis, and discusses the sedan truth with the finite element analytic method unifies, all might the mode conduct the research to 17 roller straightening machine upper roll. In the finite element theoretical analysis foundation, established to the entire strightening process has conformed to the actual operating mode theoretical model, the boundary condition and the friction type and so on, carried on the dynamic simulation using the ANSYS/LS-DYNA software to the copper plate strightening, obtained the different craft parameter strightening distortion process simulation result using ANSYS/LS-DYNA, obtained 17 rollers all to be possible the mode straightening machine parameter definite method.The research method used in this paper and the conclusion drawn from it can play a positive role in guiding and designing the aligning equipment for the sheet metal of nonferrous metals.
