Along with the expansion of urbanization scale, more and more busbar is required to apply to construction, and their processing technology become even more complicated. Restricted by the traditional mode of punching and cutting, it is hard to meet the requirement of machining accuracy and surface quality, and then the assemble quality of electrical equipment is affected. For this reason, more and more powerful corporations intend to design and develop the machining equipment for busbar processing, or develop numerical control shearer which is more practical combining with colleges.In order to meet user needs, the busbar CNC machining center was jointly developed by Kunming Kunkai Dedicated CNC Equipment Co.Ltd. and Kunming University of Science and Technology. In this thesis, the device as the background, drawing on object-oriented methodology analyzes the logical structure, the logical behavior and system solutions for the busbar CNC machining center then provide a new way to the development of mechanical and electrical products.For better study object-oriented control system design methods, a model of busbar CNC machining center was designed and manufactured in our studio, which is used to debug the control system. The thesis discusses the control system of the model busbar CNC machining center with the object-oriented methodology. And proposed control system design of object-oriented ideas, determined the overall program about control system. On the other hand the thesis describes control system hardware design of the model machining center, including equipment selection and description of works, and designed hardware circuit for the control system, all of this is the basis for software design.This thesis mainly introduced the process of software design about the busbar CNC machining center. The complex algorithm of processing is achieved by human machine interface through object-oriented design methods, and the relevant foregrounding is achieved by PLC program. By assigning the address of PLC and industrial touch screen propose a new concept M-instruction, provided the interface for the introduction of object-oriented software design. M-instruction makes the PLC program design becomes more simple, flexible and easy to maintain. Finally, the thesis focuses on design of the parametric graphical interface and program process of associated macro.
