The Investigation Of Occupational Healthy In Changde City

[Objective] The basic situation and the prevention and control on occupational hazards of the enterprises existing the hazards in Changde city were investigated to explore the existing problems and puts forward some suggestions, and promote the development of the prevention and control of occupational diseases, to protect the health of the staff and workers of the enterprise and to provide basis for decision-making on the prevention and control of occupational diseases in the future.[Method] A cross-sectional survey methods were conducted, formulating uniform questionnaire, classification, partial training occupational health professional or enterprise occupational health management personnel of the area county disease control department for uniform requirements, methods and standards, From September2011to December the enterprise existing occupational hazards were investigated, and the data obtained enter into management system after verified by the professional investigators of centers for disease control in each district and county, and a descriptive analysis of the occupational health status was carried out. Harmful factors operating companies of the city’s survey of981enterprises account for73.6%, small and medium enterprises accounted for99%. [Result]981of enterprises in which there are the hazards in the city were investigated, the non-public enterprise is occupied73.6%, small and medium-sized enterprises accounted for99%. A total number of employees98224were in the Survey, the production workers exposed to the hazards of46553, accounting for47.4%of the total number of employees.22.1%of monitoring. The examination rate of workers exposured to hazards was30.7%, the monitoring coverage of the enterprises existing hazards was34.4%, and the monitoring rate of the monitoring points was22.1%. The actual Insurance rate of work-related injury is89.4%, enterprises informing in the content of occupational hazards in the labor contract accounted for46.4%in the enterprises, and enterprises setting up special health responsibility system for62.9%in the all enterprises. Pneumoconiosis is priority in occupational diseases of Changde city.519of pneumoconiosis were newly diagnosed from2008to2010years, which account for68%of all new occupational disease cases.[Conclusion] The non-public economy, small and medium-sized enterprises are primarily in the city’s industrial enterprise. The occupational health surveillance rate is not high, which need to be constantly strengthened. The detection rate of occupational hazards in the industrial enterprises also needs to be improved.
