Abstract:in recent years, the provincial Party committee, the provincial government attaches great importance to the XX occupational disease prevention and control work, to carry out occupational disease harm the source control and occupational disease focus on special rectification, standardize the employer occupational health management and labor management, dealt with severely harm the workers health and life safety violations of the whole society, occupational disease prevention awareness gradually increased occupational disease, high momentum has been curbed to some extent. However, the current situation of occupational disease prevention and control is still not optimistic.This study used a cross-sectional research method, starting from the present situation of occupational disease prevention and treatment in XX Province, from3aspects of each of the8city, XX province government,516the existence of occupational hazards enterprises,2893exposed workers conducted a questionnaire survey to collect the typical cases, reflect the current occupational disease regulatory problems, and organized the relevant departments, enterprises and workers’ representatives to participate in the forum, the current XX province occupational disease prevention overall situation, employee occupation health rights protection, occupational health management of enterprises, the government and related departments supervision status and other aspects of the information to conduct in-depth and detailed understanding, found that XX province occupational disease prevention in general controlled, but there are still local government administrative supervision, enterprise occupational health management, occupational health workers rights and interests are infringed upon, occupational disease prevention and control the overall situation is still severe.Aiming at the practical problems existing at present, analyzes the reasons, is a local government working mechanism, the concept of development of one-sided pursuit of GDP, there is a blind area of the policies and regulations, work system relations not straighten out; two is the occupational health management level of enterprise, the pursuit of maximizing the interests of ignoring the occupational health, education and training is not in place do not understand the occupation health the three is the occupational health workers; quality level, skill quality, occupational health awareness, awareness is not strong. Countermeasures and suggestions are proposed, one is to perfect the supervision mechanism; two is to improve the relevant legal system; three is to strengthen the administrative supervision and law enforcement; four is to enhance the level of organization and team; five is to deepen the construction of safety culture.
