for improving the health level of medical staff,so as to further promote the development of medical and health services. Methods: This study is based on a clear understanding of related concepts, through literature research, expert consultation, and questionnaire survey,to investigate the status of common diseases and occupational injuries among medical staff.Through data analysis, the factors that may affect the occupational health of medical staff and the regular pattern can be found. Results: 1.The top five diseases that the surveyed medical staff suffered from were cervical spondylosis(25.42%),lumbar muscle strain(21.94%),upper respiratory tract infection(17.26%),lumbar disc herniation(15.85%),fatty liver(13.04%).They believed that the top five diseases other medical staff suffered from were cervical spondylosis(66.22%),lumbar muscle strain(53.71%),lumbar disc herniation(52.51%),neurasthenia(33.11%)and depression(26.89%).2.There was 33.11% and 26.89% of the surveyed medical staff thought that other medical staff around them suffered from neurasthenia and depression, while prevalence of the surveyed medical staff sufferd from neurasthenia and depression themselves was only 10.23% and 4.75%,respectively.3.Among the surveyed medical staff who had suffered from one or more diseases,81.70 percent chose "Don't ask for leave, often work with illness",while the proportion of respondents with "1-30 days" and "31 days or more" was 16.83 percent and 1.46 percent respectively.Among the medical staff who failed to ask for leave and often worked with illness, prevalence of which "interferes with the greater","a little hindrance","no hindrance" to work was 2.53 %,76.41 %,21.06%.4.The top five occupational injuries which the surveyed medical staff were injuried by in the past 12 months were verbal injury(45.08%),needle-stick injuries(20.54%),collision injury(9.23%),cutting injury(8.16%),and splash injury(7.76%),respectively.5.The prevalence of respondents aged 40-49 years who suffered from cervical spondylosis, lumbar muscle strain, lumbar protrusion, fatty liver, and anemia was higher than those of other age groups, which was 41.52%,33.48%,30.36%,18.75% and 10.71%,respectively.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).6.Compared with other age groups, the surveyed medical staff aged 30-39 with a higher proportion of verbal injuries and needle injuries, which was respectively 49.55% and 23.14%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).7.The prevalence of the surveyed medical staff in non-surgical departments with cervical spondylosis and upper respiratory tract infection was higher than those in other departments, which was 28.38% and 19.95%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).8.The proportion of the surveyed medical staff in the surgical department with verbal injury,needle-stick injuries, collision injury, cutting injury, splash injury and sprain were higher than those in other departments, which was 51.03%,36.83%,14.20%,13.99%,13.99% and 11.52%.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).9.Bad habits, regular physical examination,part-time situation, age, fixed number of year, overtime and negative media guide were the risk factors of prevalence of the surveyed medical staff, the OR values of which were 4.469,1.673,1.584,1.563,1.371,1.301,1.371(P < 0.05).Attention to themselves' health and organizational care were protective factors of the medical staff's prevalence in the investigation, the OR values of which were 0.757 and0.778(P<0.05).10.The proportion of the surveyed medical staff aged 20-29 years with sleeping at night, drinking less water, holding urine or holding back, eating irregular meals, and eating poorly was higher than those of other age groups, which was 64.21%,63.86%,47.54%,48.77% and 32.11% respectively. The proportion of respondents aged 30-39 years was lower, which was 64.18%,55.15%,44.85%,35.82% and 29.79%.The proportion of the medical staff surveyed aged 30-39 years with sedentary or long standing, lack of physical exercise and smoking was higher than those of other age groups, which was68.78%,64.18%,4.60%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).11.Bad habits, occupational exposures, number of outpatient and emergency days and night shift frequency were the risk factors of occupational injuries of the surveyed medical staff injuried by,the OR values of which were 7.041,1.302,1.220 and 1.162(P<0.05).The security of the department, jobsecurity and organizational justice were the protective factors of occupational injuries of the surveyed medical staff, the OR values of which were 0.453,0.698 and 0.719(P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)The surveyed medical staff were in poor health;(2)The prevalence of medical staff was affected by many factors;(3)Organizational and personal factors can affect the
