| Objective The purpose of this study is to explore the clinical efficacy of the treatment of Xinkaikujiang Method on the the cold-and-hot mixed type of spit-acid disease, and explore the the theoretical mechanism of Xinkaikujiang Method, in order to provide scientific basis for it;Method Randomly selected80outpatients who meet the diagnostic criteria for GERD, then divided them into treatment group and control group, Except the cases which fell off, the treatment group had37cases and the control group had35patients,both of the two groups were compared in terms of gender, age, duration and it turned out that there was no significant difference (P>0.05) between them. Treatment group received oral administration of Chinese medicine decoction of Ban Xia Xie Xin decoction and Zuo Jin Wan, which are the representative of Xinkaikujiang Method, treating each one points early and late orally twice; the control group were treated using western medicine, pantoprazole40mg qd and domperidone10mg tid. after 8weeks’treatment. make questionnaire on the patient’s symptoms score, and evaluate its efficacy through the symptom score;Results The study results show that the total effective rate was no significant difference (P>0.05) between the two groups on the improvement of clinical symptoms after8weeks’ treatment. But in four weeks after stopping treatment, according the statistics, the total effective rate of treatment group was91.89%, while that of control group was85.71%, there was a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.01);Conclusions The disorder of the spleen and stomach is the main reason of spit acid disease; the cold-and-hot mixed type of spit-acid disease is an important type of spit acid disease; Xinkaikujiang Method is an important treatment of acid regurgitation disease.
