| Objective:To observe the effect of modified Banxia Xiexin Decoction on constipation caused by oral opioids in patients with cancer pain and its effect on accompanying symptoms,pain score and quality of life,so as to provide reference for promoting the treatment of opioid-related constipation with traditional Chinese medicineMethods:62 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.31 cases in the treatment group(Jiawei Banxia Xiexin Decoction)and 31 cases in the control group(lactulose oral liquid).The treatment course of both groups was 2 weeks Statistical analysis was made on the observed data to draw a conclusionResult:1.The curative effect of the two groups before and after treatment was compared:Treatment group:?Constipation symptoms:Comparing the score of constipation symptoms before and after 1 week and 2 weeks of medication,P<0.05,there was statistical significance;?Accompanied symptoms Comparing the score of TCM syndromes before and after 1 week of medication,P>0.05,there was no statistical significance.Comparing after 2 weeks of medication,P<0.05,there was statistical significance;?Pain score Pain evaluation before and after 1 week and 2 weeks of medication.The scores were P>0.05,and there was no statistical significance.?Quality of life:The scores of quality of life before and after 1 week and 2 weeks were statistically significant(P<0.05)The control group:?Comparing the score of constipation symptoms before and after 1 week and 2 weeks,there was statistical significance(P<0.05).?Comparing the score of TCM syndromes,pain and KPS before and after 1 week and 2 weeks,there was no statistical significance(P>0.05)It shows that both groups can improve the symptoms of constipation before and after treatment,but the accompanying symptoms and quality of life of the control group after 1 week and 2 weeks have not improved significantly,while the treatment group has improved significantlyComparison of curative effect between the two groups:?There was a significant difference in the improvement of constipation symptoms between the two groups after 1 week and 2 weeks of treatment(P<0.05).C?In the improvement of concomitant symptoms,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05)after one week of medication,and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05)after two weeks of medication.?There were significant differences in the improvement of quality of life between the two groups after 1 week and 2 weeks of treatment(P<0.05).The effect of modified Banxia Xiexin Decoction group was better than that of lactulose oral liquid groupEffective rate of treatment:The total effective rate of constipation symptoms in the treatment group was 93.33%,compared with 83.33%in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).In addition,the improvement of concomitant symptoms and quality of life in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05)Conclusion:1.Jiawei Banxia Xiexin Decoction can effectively improve the constipation symptoms caused by opioids2.Jiawei Banxia Xiexin Decoction is superior to Lactofructose Oral Liquid in improving the accompanying symptoms of abdominal pain,abdominal distension,fatigue and quality of life3.Jiawei Banxia Xiexin Decoction has no significant effect on the efficacy of opioids,and has no obvious toxic and side effects in the treatment The treatment process is safe and reliable. |
