Euphorbia L. plants have about2000species all over the world. It canbe adapted to different ecological environments. It is more productive inAfrica and South America than other areas. It grows in China’s northand south, especially in the southwest of the Mountains and theNorthwest Territories. This genus contains ingredients with significantphysiological activity and some species have been applied topreventing and curing diseases. In recent decades, to finish drugresource survey and excavation of folk medicine prescription,Euphorbia L. has reached more than40kinds, mainly included in themanual of some local history or local traditional Chinese medicine as afolk medicine. It be used in laxative, diuretic, edema, tuberculosis,psoriasis, scabies and swelling of unknown origin, especially in additionto the warts, anti-tumor, and is closely related to the diterpene esters inits milk. It contains Euphorbia fischeriana steud and Euphorbiaebracteolata Hayata mainly.Euphorbia fischeriana Steud is Euphorbia L. plants. Its medication isroot. Then we take the HPLC method to test different areas ofEuphorbia fischeriana steud and Euphorbia ebracteolata Hayata ofanticancer constituents of Euphorbia jolkini lactone B andPhyscion.Through the above several methods of comprehensiveanalysis, judgment summary of different regions in different areas ofEuphorbia fischeriana steud and Euphorbia ebracteolata Hayataquality,which can be used to choose objectively and to use theresources for medicinal purposes effectively.This article includes document research; using ISSR technology todetect six kinds of Euphorbia fischeriana DNA; using SDS-PAGEmethod to measure six kinds of Euphorbia fischeriana protein molecularweight; using high performance liquid chromatography measuring sixkinds of Euphorbia fischeriana of Euphorbia Jolkini lactone B andPhyscion content and so on.The ISSR The experimental results of ISSR show that the genomicDNA of six different origin the Euphorbia fischeriana Steud genes existdifferences; It also found that protein molecular weight of the sixdifferent origin of the Euphorbia fischeriana Steud is different by gelelectrophoresis. existlactone B and physcion of difference; The Jolkinilactone B and Physcion which Inhibitory effect of drugs on cancer in sixdifferent origin the Euphorbia fischeriana Steud is also different by usingmeasurement which high performance liquid chromatography.Specifically, Euphorbia fischeriana Steud whichproducted by Gansu,Ningxia, Jolkini lactone B content up to1.86/g,while Euphorbia fischeriana Steud which producted by Hubei,Qichun,Jolkini lactone B is the lowest content of0.49mg/g. Euphorbiafischeriana Steud which producted by Hubei,Qichun, Physcion contentup to content up to1.46mg/g. Euphorbia fischeriana Steud whichproducted by Heilongjiang,Haerbin, Physcion the lowest content of0.27mg/g.The research provides a basis for quality control of Euphorbiafischeriana Steud medicinal research and provide a reference inreasonable clinic using of different species of Euphorbia fischerianaSteud material.It is helpful in obtaining the reference for the Jolkinilactone B standard preparation. It is also helpful in obtaining a validreference of the reaction conditions for using ISSR molecular markertechnology for the differences of the Euphorbiaceae plant genomicDNA.
