With the modern acceleration of global economic integration and gradually opening China’s market, domestic and foreign markets become increasingly competitive. Medical and health services industry is also facing increasingly fierce competition in the market of health services. Not only to improve the health care industry, the level of services for patients, but also to improve their level of development, raising the level of development depends on the joint efforts of all the medical staff. Therefore, the work of medical staff on the imperative of satisfaction.Through a hospital in Changsha, all categories of staff job satisfaction, job involvement, organizational commitment, etc. The survey, system analysis of staff job satisfaction, job involvement, organizational commitment and other aspects of the relevant factors in order to understand the staff at work aspects of psychological and behavioral needs and satisfaction. In order to achieve the following research purposes:First, understand the health care industry in Changsha City staff Satisfaction; second, to explore different levels of health service staff groups (such as age, education and marriage and other variables) on job satisfaction cognitive status; third, the study of medical services in Changsha staff job satisfaction factors; Fourth, discuss health care workers to improve job satisfaction, effective way to better health care staff of management incentives, to provide practical basis, for medical and health services sector for effective personnel management. Ultimately improving hospital management and improving health care efficiency, and better patient access to quality health services to provide reliable empirical evidence and policy recommendations related to: hospital administrators pay attention to prestige, words and deeds, good faith, to create a harmonious and comfortable staff democratic atmosphere, and build the same objectives and the interests of the community, targeted and planned to strengthen personnel training and training for workers design a career to inspire the work of staff enthusiasm and initiative, be loyal, reliable workers.
