Liver Purging Heat Dissipation Gall Party Clinical Research For The Treatment Of Subacute Thyroiditis

Objective：ToobservetheclinicaltherapeuticeffectofQingganxierexiaoyingdecoction for the treatment of Subacute Thyroiditis with blockage of phlegm andheat stagnation syndrome in order to enrich the clinical treatment of subacutethyroiditis by use of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Methods：Select28patients of subacute thyroiditis with blockage of phlegmand fire stagnation syndrome from June2010to October2011who were diagnosedin the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional ChineseMedicine. They were treated with Qingganxierexiaoying decoction.Using8weeksas a course of treatment and a clinical observation. Observing the changes ofclinical symptoms, C-reactive protein, erythrocyte sedimentation rate, thyroidfunction changes before and after, and then put them into statistical analysis.Results：In28cases,25were effected excellently,2cases had effectiveresults, and1patient ineffective, the total effective rate was96.4%. All theaverage effective rate of each individual observation got to98.88%.The compareof values of C-reactive protein and erythrocyte sedimentation rate before andafter treatment had a significantly decreased(P<0.05).After the treatment,theaverage cooling time of28cases was3.24±1.04(days);the significant ease timeof pain was3.74±2.11(days);the receded time of was19.3±10.53(days).Conclusion：Qingganxierexiaoyingdecoctioncanimprovetheclinicalsymptomsof Subacute Thyroiditis, and relieve pain causing by goiter and fever in a shorttime, it has definite effect, safe and reliable.
