To Explore And Analysize The Urban Retirees’Leisure Life By Social Work Intervention

As China’s aging population has intensified, there are more and more retirees who have been becoming a very significant social group and play a very important role in the harmonious development of our society. Nowadays, the research on retirees mainly focus on such factors as endowment, medical care and etc... Taking age, living surroundings, income, leisure time and other items into account, I decided to choose the research on the urban retirees as the main theme of my thesis. This article mainly researches their leisure life by questionnaire survey and interview, roughly describes the current condition of the urban retirees’ spiritual and cultural life and accordingly offers equivalent analysis and suggestions for professional social work intervention from the view of social work. The aims of this research are to attempt to provide intelligence resource to the urban retirees’ leisure life and future exploring the aging social work practice.
