High pressure grinding roll is a kind of high efficiency, energy saving new grinding equipment, which is developed from the basis of the principle of laminating crushing, and have the advantages of "more crushing less grinding" and "broken for grinding". At present, the dynamic control theory research about the high pressure roller mill roll gap is still not integrity, so this paper mainly analyzed the theories about dynamic control system of the high pressure roller mill roll gap, and studied the hydraulic system parameters effects on law of roll gap dynamic control and rectification, and optimize the parameters, at last optimized the parameters, which provide guidance and theoretical basis for designing and developing high pressure roller mill. The main completed researches are as follows:1.The high pressure grinding roll’s working principle and application at home and abroad is described, the current research status of the roll gap control is summarized, and then the problems about the high pressure roller mill roll gap control research is raised.2. Combine with the operational principle of grinding materials, the working principle of high pressure grinding roll’s hydraulic loading system and electric control system at roll cap control is analysed.3. The mathematics models of roll gap dynamic control and deviation rectification is established, according to the GM1400x800design parameters of high pressure roller mill, with numerical caculation, the effects of hydraulic loading system parameters to the roll gap size and deviation on both sides is researched, the theoretical foundation for studying of roll gap dynamic control and deviation rectification is laid.4. Optimization model is established on the basis of the research and using the high pressure roller mill roll gap dynamic control and rectification of the overall effect as the optimization goal, the adaptive genetic algorithm is optimized to provide the reference and guidance for the high pressure roller mill hydraulic loading system5. According to the principle of similar, the roll gap dynamic control and rectification of experiment model is devised, then the dynamic model of roll displacement detection and data acquisition is conducted. By comparing the experimental data and simulation results, the validity of the mathematical modeling and credibility of the simulation results are validated.
