Objective：To discuss transurethral electric resection and electrocautery in thetreatment of glandular cystitis clinical effects.Methods：2006September to2011November confirmed for330cases of cystitisglandularis, of which270were acts of Transurethral resection,60cases of patientsunderwent Transurethral fulguration acts, comparing two surgical procedures for patientswith clinical indicators and follow-up.Results：The surgery, intraoperative bleeding and length of stay hospital of the twogroups have no obviously different, and have no statistically significant. Theelectrocautery group has a higher postoperative rate,the difference between them hadstatistically significance; But the efficiency is typically lower, the difference betweenthem had significance.Given the psychological intervention appropriate for patients withanxiety and depression, can improve the dependence and the cure rate, the difference wasstatistically significant.Conclusions：Transurethral resection is the preferred method of treatment of cystitisglandular at present, curative effect is better than that of electrocautery, worthy ofpromotion.
