| Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Xingnao Kaiqiao needling combined with meridian needling and flash cupping in the treatment of central facial palsy after stroke,so as to provide reference for the treatment of central facial palsy after stroke.Methods: Sixty-two inpatients who met the research criteria in the 13 th Ward of the Clinical Acupuncture Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were enrolled.According to the principle of randomization,the patients were divided into observation group and control group according to the order of admission,with 31 cases in each group.Both groups were given Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture and routine medical treatment of stroke.The control group was given meridian acupuncture acupuncture on the affected side.On this basis,the observation group was given facial flash cup treatment 10 minutes after acupuncture treatment,1 time/day,6 times/week,1 day off,7days as a course of treatment,a total of 2 courses of treatment.Both groups of patients were evaluated by the Facial Disability Index Questionnaire(FDI),House-Brackmann Scale(HBGS),Facial Paralysis Scale,and Toronto Facial Nerve Grading System(SFGS)before and after treatment.The two groups were observed The symptoms of paralysis before and after treatment and the improvement of various scores were compared with the efficacy of the two treatment programs.Results:(1)A total of 60 cases were completed in this study.There were 30 cases in each of the two groups.1 case was discharged early due to some reason and failed to complete the test each group.It was eliminated according to the elimination criteria.There was no significant difference between the two groups of patients in basic data such as gender,age,location of facial paralysis,stroke type,course of disease and the evaluation of various observation scales before treatment(P>0.05).(2)Comparison of clinical efficacy: After 2 courses of treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group reached 76.7%,of which 7 cases were markedly effective and 16 cases were effective;the total effective rate of the control group was 56.7%,of which 2 cases were markedly effective and 15 cases were effective.The two treatment methods are effective for post-stroke paralysis,the difference between the two groups is significant(P<0.05),and the treatment effect of the observation group is better than that of the control group.(3)Comparison of various scales: After treatment,the evaluation of the facial nerve paralysis scale,HBGS scale,FDI scale,and SFGS scale in the two groups were improved compared with the same group before treatment,and the difference was significant(P<0.05)),suggesting that the two treatment options can improve the scores of the FDIP scale,the SFGS scale,and the facial nerve palsy scale,reduce the score of the FDIS scale and improve the HBGS surface paralysis grading.Comparing the conditions of each scale after treatment between the two groups,the difference was significant(P<0.05),and the improvement effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group.(4)During the implementation of this study,the total number of treatments for the two groups of patients was 360 times.The control group had 23 adverse reactions,including 15 subcutaneous hematomas and 8 times of curved needles,and the observation group had 27 adverse reactions,including 18 times of subcutaneous hematoma and 9 times of curved needles were treated in time when adverse reactions occurred,and subsequent treatment was not affected.There was no significant difference in the composition ratio of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:(1)Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture combined with meridian needling and flashing method,and Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture combined with meridian needling can improve HBGS scale grading and FDIS score,and increase SFGS score and FDIP score,Facial Nerve Palsy Degree Scale has an effect on the scores,which can improve the symptoms of patients with central facial paralysis after stroke.(2)Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture combined with meridian acupuncture method and flash cup method are more effective than Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture combined with meridian acupuncture in treating central facial paralysis after stroke. |
