There exist Gan dialect and Xiang dialect in DongKou country,where Gan dialectdistribution of a wide range of.according to previous research results,generallybelieve that ShiJiang dialect which in the country in eastern are Gandialect,yYangLin,then in the country southeast corner,are Xiang dialect. The authorafter several site field survey,mastered a large quantity of ShiJiang dialect andYangLin dialect voice materials,then summarized based on their respective voicecharacteristics and homophone table,compared syllable of two local words andmedieval phonology.
