After Eye Acupuncture Treatment Of Liver And Kidney Deficiency Type Of Stroke Uneasy Anxiety Disorders Efficacy

Purpose：observe the eye acupuncture therapy clinical efficacy for thetreatment of the liver and kidney deficiency unease post-stroke anxietydisorders, and to discuss the mechanism of its efficacy.Material and method：Anxiety disorders in60patients with the liver andkidney deficiency unease post-stroke were randomly divided into a treatmentgroup of30patients and a control group of30cases according to treatmentorder.Treatment group were conventional needle,Zuoguiwan and Guipitangdecoction combined witheyepin(ganqu,shenqu,xinqu,piqu,shangjiaoqu,xiajiaoqu).The control grouponly received conventional acupuncture treatment and Chinese medicinedecoction. In both groups before treatment and after4weekend, HamiltonAnxiety Scale, anxiety, self-rating scale and traditional Chinese medicinesymptom scoring criteria for anxiety, tension, fear, insomnia and othersymptoms to improve the situation to be assessed, Application ofneurological deficit scale improvement of neurological function of thepatient’s consciousness, speech, limb muscle strength were evaluated.Results：.1. Two groups neurological deficit scale score compared between the two groupsbefore treatment group was no significant difference (P>0.05); the two groupsbefore and after treatment compared treatment in both groups a significantdifference (P <0.05);groups after a significant difference (P <0.05) comparedto.2. Hamilton Anxiety Scale scores before and after treatment, both groups havesignificant difference (P <0.05); significant difference (P <0.05) comparedtwo groups after treatment.3. Anxiety rating scale score of the two groups before and after treatment, a significant difference (P <0.05); significant difference (P <0.05) comparedin the two groups after treatment.4.Chinese medicine symptom scores between the two groups before and aftertreatment, a significant difference (P <0.05); significant difference (P <0.05)compared in the two groups after treatment between.Conclusion：1. Therapeutic method for the treatment and control groups are effective.2. The exact effect of eye acupuncture therapy for anxiety disorders improveafter a stroke,the Eye Acupuncture treatment group compared with the controlgroup faster onset, better efficacy.3. Eye Acupuncture nerve function recovery after stroke have a certain effect,can promote the recovery of stroke patients recovery of neurologicalfunction of patients with anxiety disorders.
