Supermicro Evodia Soup Flavored Treatment Of Vertebral Basilar Artery (Syndrome Deficiency Syndrome) Clinical Observation

Objectives:Tostudy the clinical efficacy of Ultramicro-added-Wuzhuyu Tang on Deficiency Type Dizziness due to vertebrobasilar insufficiency(VBI).Ultramicro-added-Wuzhuyu Tang and traditional Tang, Verify the clinical security of Ultramicro-added-Wuzhuyu Tang.Methods:According to random, contrasting and Blinding principle, the patients were divided into three groups, traditional group and Nimodipine group Ultramicro group,30cases of each group. Used quantitative criteria as a means to observe Chinese medicine syndromes of clinical efficacy, symptom score changes in Chinese medicine before and after treatment in patients, and the other targets change.Results:It is shown that the obviously effective rate in Ultramicro group is, the totally effective rate86.6%,and Nimodipine group the obviously effective rate is, the totally effective rate80%,and traditional group the obviously effective rate is, the totally effective rate83.3%。There is significant difference between them through statistical magagement, Clinical study indicates Ultramicro-added-Wuzhuyu Tang many improve hemorheologic markers,regulate blood lipids, reduce ET-I in plasma Increase ND,and raise brain blood flow.Conclusions:Ultramicro-added-Wuzhuyu Tang can reduce blood viscidity,regulate blood flow condition, reduce blood lipids, improve microcirculation,and raise brain blood flow,which prove the mechanism and effectiveness on the dizziness due to VBI initially.
