Clinical Study On Treatment Of Helicobacter Pylori Associated Gastric Ulcer (Syndrome Of Deficient Cold Of Spleen And Stomach ) With Shenling Yuyang Decoction

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Shenling Yuyang decoction on Helicobacter pylori positive gastric ulcer(syndrome of deficient cold of spleen and stomach),the healing of ulcer under gastroscopy,the eradication of Hp and the long-term curative effect,and to provide scientific basis for the clinical treatment of gastric ulcer.Method: 86 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Both groups were treated with Hp eradication first,and were treated continuously for 10 days with the quadruple chemotherapy recommended in the fifth national consensus on the treatment of Helicobacter pylori infection.The treatment group took Shenling Yuyang decoction and the control group continued to take omeprazole enteric capsule for 6 weeks.After the trial,the clinical curative effect was evaluated,the ulcer healing under gastroscope was evaluated,the Hp eradication and safety were evaluated,and the follow-up records were conducted for 3 months.The long-term curative effect was evaluated.Results: In the treatment group and the control group,3 cases were dropped off,and 40 cases were actually completed.1.TCM syndrome curative effect comparison: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.50%,conversely,the total effective rate of the control group was 75.00%.The treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).2.Analysis on the curative effect of different syndromes of TCM:(1)the symptoms of epigastric pain,distention,dysphagia,cold limbs,fatigue,loose stool,vomiting and salivation were all alleviated in both groups.Before and after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)The effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Comparison of curative effects under gastroscopy: the total effective rate was90.00% in the treatment group and 75.00% in the control group.The healing effect of ulcer in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).4.Comparison of Hp eradication: the total effective rate of Hp eradication was92.50%in the treatment group and 85.00% in the control group.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).5.General curative effect comparison: the total effective rate was 92.50% in the treatment group and 72.50% in the control group.The treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).6.Safety comparison: during the observation period,the patients in both groups followed a complete course of treatment except for the cases of shedding,and no adverse reactions occurred during the treatment period,which indicated that the two groups were safe and reliable in the treatment of drugs.7.Long-term outcome evaluation:the recurrence rate was 10.34% in the treatment group and 42.11% in the control group,which was significantly lower in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Shenling Yuyang decoction is superior to omeprazole group in treating Hp associated gastric ulcer(syndrome of deficient cold of spleen and stomach).2.Shenling Yuyang decoction is a safe and effective prescription for Hp associated gastric ulcer(syndrome of deficient cold of spleen and stomach).3.Shenling Yuyang decoction can obviously reduce its recurrence rate and has good clinical application value.
