There were three problems of measuring combined toxicity effects in algae infrared radiation for acute toxicity: First, there were no scientific, uniform, standard measuring method. Second, the measuring algae infrared radiation technique only studied on binary combined effects, wheher it could be used to test more number need research. Third, whether one sensitive algae could test the Toxicity of polytype toxic and harmful substances. Then, Carrying out experiments to solve those three problems. First, the effective response temperature difference of measuring combined toxicity effects in algae infrared radiation for acute toxicity. Second, the method of measuring combined toxicity effects in algae infrared radiation for acute toxicity. Third, analyzing the Verification test of additive effects in one drug. Fourth, The largest response temperature difference and types of combined toxicity effects of the algae used to test different mixed drug.The test steps and method of measuring combined toxicity effects were determined through the experiment of measuring method of measuring combined toxicity effects; The testing number experiment analyzed that when used to test binary and ternary combined effect, the testing technology was good, but when used to test more number, it was bad. The experiment that the algae used to test different mixed drug found that different algae show different response results to the same drug combination.The research conclusions were as follows:â‘  The response temperature difference need a judgment standard, the effectiveresponse temperature difference 0.08 ℃ can be used to judge responsetemperature difference.â‘¡ The right method of measuring combined toxicity effects in algae infraredradiation:1) Test steps:Analyze drug concentrationâ†'determine drug concentrationâ†'determine referential concentrationâ†'measure combined effects2) Test method:Analyzing drug concentration through the methods of two times to two half times concentration gradient of drug;Determining drug concentration through the validation techniques of additive effects in one drug;Analyzing combined effects through the evaluation system of combined effects;3) Reference concentration:The reference concentration standard used to preparate drug concentration. Among all the sensitive two times to two half times concentration, taking the smallest sensitive two times to two half times concentration as the reference concentration.â‘¢ Testing number of measuring combined toxicity effects in algae infrared radiationThe adjusting method of combined deviation coefficient apply to binary and ternary combined effects, but it was bad to evaluate more number combined effects. Analysis showed that there were relevant combined deviation coefficient to evaluate more number combined deviation coefficient.â‘£ The algae used to test different mixed drug1) Different algae used to test different mixed drug, the types of combined effects might be different.2) Different drug might have different sensitive two times to two half times concentration to the same algae. The same drug might have different sensitive two times to two half times concentration to the different algae.
