Measuring algae infrared radiation has been presented in recent years as a new acute toxicity testing technology. This testing technology is simple quick operation, portable, inexpensive and can be used to the field testing. Thus, the Measuring algae infrared radiation is very practical and realistic significance. The proportion of antagonistic effect is too lage in the result of combined effect test in previous studies because of the untried concentration of the drug. Test results can hardly be correct when the drug dosage is no accurate, since the drug dosage is the key point of the combined effect test. There is no method to determine the drug dosage. It’s an urgent meet to carry out experiments to find methods to test the combined effects of drug dosage. This paper researches the half concentration relationship of a single drug for 10 kinds of organic pollutants and combined effect test of 36 kinds of combination and analyses the type of combined effects by the method of combined deviation coefficient. The main conclusions are as follows:① The effective response temperature difference threshold infrared thermal imager was 0.1 ℃ and the thermometer is 0.08 ℃. The guarantee of the algae infrared combined effect testing technology are temperature difference threshold of drugs and double half-strength concentration gradient method which was used to analyze the sensitive concentration of the drugs.② The single-half concentration and the double-half concentration gradient method can analysis drug dosage of measuring algae infrared radiation. The analysis result of the double-half concentration gradient method is better than the other one. The initial concentration of the concentration gradient can be set, if the concentration gradient of the first set and a half times the concentration did not find, then re-set the initial concentration, until you find.③ After the test is determined by the combined effects of the drug dosage antagonism share decline, suggesting that the drug dosage is accurate or not affect the test results.④ By comparing the concentration and a half times the size of each toxic organics, we can see a half times the size of the drug dosage is not necessarily related with the toxicity of organic compounds.⑤ The maximum response time of the temperature difference between a single and a half times the concentration of the drug test and the test of the combined effects of binary analysis appears, algae infrared test time is 8min.
