This study of the experimental for reducing energy consumption by the pulsed Electroflotation for sewage treatment is introduced. As an energy-saving and comprehensive wastewater treatment equipment with which the organic compound in the waste water is removed effectively. The factors effecting for the Impulse Electroflotation treatment effective are analyzed comprehensively by the author, such as treating time, chemical, current and so on. Moreover, there is scope of influence on the energy-saving, such as number of electrode board, current density, chemical additive, role of gas bubble, etc. Then comparing the result of the Impulse Electroflotation technique with the conventional electroflotation , it has shown that removal effective is about 72.5%, the costs of chemical addictive is low, and reducing energy consumption more than 1/2 -2/3 times.
