Coal mine production safety as a major issue in the "12th Five-Year Plan, which is related to the security of life and property of the people, is related to reform, development, harmony and stability is the top priority of the national production safety. In order to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the sensors must be timing adjustment for domestic adjustment of sensor technology is not high degree of automation, artificial tuning sensor prone to human error, especially when the adjustment of toxic and harmful gas sensor staff will be hurt, and existing domestic adjustment device can only be calibrated on a single gas sensor, to check a large number of mine gas sensors, there is a labor-intensive, low efficiency, low calibration accuracy can not achieve efficient, high-quality, accurate, complete tuning tasks safely. Solve the above problem is developed out of a mine gas sensor unattended tuning and exhaust air decontamination system, so adjust the sensor can be automated, precise, secure, and can be achieved on a variety of multiple Mine gas sensor tuning function, has important implications on the protection of the coal mine production safety.In depth understanding of the detection principle of of intelligent mine gas sensor, sensor calibration procedures based on the combination of the infrared sensor remote control transmitter device control signal transmission principle and its correction, automatically adjust the development of a set of intelligent analysis, data storage, statements of management as one of the the unattended tuned monitoring system. The system was developed to adjust sensor adjustment program, to break through the bottleneck of toxic and harmful gas sensor calibration, the tuning process is more secure, intelligent.The system uses the configuration monitoring software as a development platform, communication protocol with lower machine tuning device power control microcontroller serial communication. User in the adjustment sensor, according to the actual tuning request by the host computer to select the tuning mode and sends a control instruction, the next bit opportunity pneumatic control in accordance with the control instruction thereby enabling the sensor to calibration gas introduced into the standard flow, while the output of each sensor frequency signal acquisition, the acquisition results in real time back to the host computer.
