As everyone knows, submerged arc furnace is a key equipment in the production process of silicon manganese alloy, the main principle is when there is current through the three electrodes and the import ore heat furnace, a chemical reaction caused by high temperature environment makes the furnace inside the joint in the arc heat and heat resistance of the two conditions, process thus the formation of silicon manganese alloy. Among them, the factors directly affect the overall economic benefits of submerged arc furnace electrode control system the advantages and disadvantages of the performance of silicon manganese alloy smelting, alloy quality and enterprise efficiency. While the ferroalloy production process is a process of energy consumption is very high, so the power supply situation is becoming increasingly tense condition, how to optimize the automatic control system of submerged arc furnace electrode system, and realize the optimization to reduce the energy consumption of ore heat furnace with practical application value, economic value is obviously significant.Optimization of large-scale closed mine hot furnace automatic control system and the research in this paper mainly use the iron alloy factory as the research background, at the same time, in order to realize the optimization of production processes of iron alloy is more effective, improve the production efficiency of submerged arc furnace, reduce production energy consumption, this paper mainly from the system analysis, the characteristics of submerged arc furnace electrode lift control system modeling and control strategies of these three aspects of the research. Due to the characteristics of conducting internal diversity, at the same time smelting reaction furnace alloy is very complex, and the furnace three-phase current coupled with nature, so the system characteristics of electrode furnace automatic control with time-varying, strong coupling and multi variable nonlinear system. In the research process of this article according to the characteristics of submerged arc furnace system, established with the electrode current as output variable location current model, and at the same time, the basic parameters of control model of submerged arc furnace and the effective identification, the simulation results show that the electrode submerged arc furnace was designed in this paper is the automatic control system important significance for ore furnace economic optimization and control strategy research.The main contents of this dissertation are as follows:The first part:the furnace at this stage of the production equipment (including mechanical and electrical equipment), research on production process and the electrode lifting automatic control program, and detailed analysis of the automatic control system of submerged arc furnace electrode lifting stage solution.The second part:the establishment of measurement model to calculate the electrode current, electrode voltage and electrode power, and then analyzes the coupling relationship among various models. The measurement process is the most important part of the automatic control system, to the electrode lifting automatic control system can accurately measure the parameters of the electrode reaction furnace, it must be very accurate. The paper in this part will mainly study on measuring model of electrode current, electrode voltage and electrode power automatic control system, for the following preparation.The third part:the design of automatic control system for electrode lifting. Control of submerged arc furnace electrode control theory, the control volume can be adjusted in real time according to the actual situation of the operation of submerged arc furnace electrode control in, is the most important part of the production meet the requirements, and in this part of the paper mainly completed the design of electrode lifting automatic control system, at the same time this paper the MATLAB simulation model was established for the effective control of the model is verified by.
