Lentinula edodes,Auricularia auricular and A uricularia polytricha are important breeds of our country,so the industry of edible fungi will be greatly developed by intensify the protection of the germplasm resource of them.The heredity polymorphisms of 28 standard strains of Lentinula edode,179 strains of Lentinula edodes which were conserved in the laboratory,92 strains of Auricularia auricular and 60 strains of Auricularia polytricha were analyzed by compositive use of RAPD,ISSR and SRAP molecular marker means in this experiment.The dissimilarity coefficients between the most strains of Lentinula edodes,Auricularia auricular and Auricularia polytricha are all very low,which had been shown in the results.When the dissimilarity coefficient was 0.50,28 standard strains of Lentinula edodes could be divided into 5 groups.In this study,many groups of strains,which they had the same name but maybe they were not the same one indeed or maybe they were the same strain but given the different names, had been discovered.6 SCAR markers for Lentinula edodes,18 SCAR markers for Auricularia auricular and 11 SCAR markers for Auricularia polytricha had been obtained.Based on 23 SCAR markers for Lentinula edodes,18 SCAR markers for Auricularia auricular and 11 SCAR markers for Auricularia polytricha,a system for distinguishing strains of Lentinula edodes,Auricularia auricular and Auricularia poIytricha had been founded.28 standard strains of Lentinula edodes could be differentiated by 15 SCAR markers completely.179 strains of Lentinula edodes which were conserved in the laboratory could be divided into 138 classes by 18 SCAR markers.92 strains of Auricularia auricular could be divided into 65 classes by 18 SCAR markers.And 60 strains of Auricularia polytricha could be divided into 31 classes by 11 SCAR markers.
