Objective:To study the changes and correlation of serum CA125,GGT and hs-cTnI levels in patients with chronic heart failure at different levels,and to clarify their value.Methods:109 patients with heart failure diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January2017 to May 2019 were selected as the observation group(HF Group),and were divided into three groups according to NYHA classification of heart function: grade II,grade III and grade IV.At the same time,there are 39 cases of medical examination as a control group,that is,non-heart failure group.The changes of CA125,GGT and hs-cTnI between different groups were analyzed.According to the etiology of heart failure,it was divided into coronary heart disease group,hypertension group,valvular heart disease group,dilated cardiomyopathy group,and comparing the levels of CA125,GGT,and hs-cTnI among the various etiology groups.Left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular end-diastolic dimension(LVEDD)and left atrial diameter(LAD)were measured by color Doppler echocardiography,and the correlation between CA125,GGT,hs-cTnI and LVEFL,LVEDD,LAD was analyzed.Results:1 The levels of serum CA125,GGT,hs-cTnI in heart failure group and non-heart failure group are significantly different(P<0.05).LVEF,LVEDD and LAD in heart failure group and non-heart failure group,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).2 Compared with the normal control group,the levels of CA125,GGT and hs-cTnI are increased in each heart failure group.Compared with the heart function II group,the three indexes of the heart function III group and the heart function IV group are increased(P<0.05).Compared with the heart function III group,the indexes of heart function IV group are higher(P<0.05).3 The levels of CA125,hs-cTnI,and GGT among the various etiology groups change,and the difference between the groups is not statistically significant(P>0.05).4.According to the correlation analysis,CA125,GGT,hs-cTnI are positively related to BNP,LVEDD,and LAD,and have negative correlation with LVEF.Conclusion:1 The levels of serum CA125,GGT and hs-cTnI in HF group are higher than those in non-hf group.2 The levels of serum CA125,GGT,hs-cTnI are correlated with the level of heart function in patients with chronic heart failure,and increased with the severity of heart function deterioration.3 The levels of Serum CA125,GGT and hs-cTnI are not related to the cause of CHF.According to the correlation analysis,CA125,GGT,hs-cTnI are positively related to BNP,LVEDD,and LAD,and have negative correlation with LVEF.
