Objective:To observe the features of coronary heart disease in patients with sublingual vein, and the different disease combined, analysis the correlation between coronary artery lesion and sublingual vein,Rich dialectic to help patients with coronary heart disease. Methods:Coronary heart disease were selected and82cases of hospitalized patients, use of the Canon IXUS125HS digital camera shooting for obtaining patient sublingual collaterals photos, to investigate the relationship between the TCM symptoms and the tongue classification and the course of disease,different disease,analysis of the correlation between sublingual vein classification and coronary artery lesion tongue. Application of nonparameter test(Wilcoxon test)for different analysis on patients sublingual collaterals, application of Correlations(correlation) test in patients with coronary heart disease, TCM symptoms, different course of disease and the severity of coronary lesions and with his tongue between collaterals grading correlation. Results:Compared to patients with coronary heart disease and healthy control group, sublingual collaterals have obvious difference(P<0.01);patients with coronary heart disease, and there is no significant difference in the sublingual vein diagnosis method(P>0.05),disease complicated with different the tongue vein showed the difference(P<0.05),symptom score in coronary heart disease patients was higher in the sublingual collaterals grading is also higher, and with the extension of course, sublingual collaterals grading will gradually increase; tongue branch degree classification of context and the severity of coronary artery disease were positively correlated(r>0).Conclusion:There is a certain correlation between the severity of coronary lesions and sublingual vein classification, and according to the different course of disease, TCM symptoms and coronary lesion vessels are different, the sublingual vein significantly different.
