| Objective:On the one hand,to observe the clinical efficacy of Kidney-Replenishing Decoction in the treatment of ovulation disorder infertility of liver and kidney yin deficiency type,and explore its prescription medication law,in order to find more effective treatment methods and drugs for ovulation disorder infertility of liver and kidney yin deficiency type in traditional Chinese medicine.On the other hand,96 famous gynecologists in China have systematically summarized,sorted out,summarized and studied the diagnosis and treatment of infertility from the aspects of syndrome types and clinical medication characteristics,understanding in depth the medication character-ristics and the rule of differentiation and treatment of the disease by experts from all over the country.To provide a reference for clinical treatment of infertility with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:Clinical observation: 40 patients with infertility who met the inclusion criteria were selected.The self-made Kidney-Replenishing Decoction was used,oral treatment lasted for three months,make a self-comparison,observation of clinical symptoms before and after treatment,evaluate the difference of each index.Experience of Famous Gynecologists in Diagnosis and Treatment of Infertility: Through the experience of 96 famous gynecologists in diagnosis and treatment of infertility in the book "Experience in diagnosis and treatment of infertility by famous gynecologists",using SPSS19.0Statistical,SoftwareFrom the mechanism of infertility in Western medicine,the types of TCM treatment and the characteristics of clinical medication,this paper systematically summarizes,collates and establishes a database.Summarize the distribution of TCM syndromes and medication rules of infertility,and study and analyze the high-frequency drugs used in them.Results:In the clinical study,Kidney-Replenishing Decoction was effective in treating clinical symptoms.After treatment,the follow-uppregnancy rate was 32.5%;The ovulation rate was 55%.According to statistics,there are 21 pathological mechanisms of infertility in western medicine and28 types of infertility syndromes in traditional Chinese medicine,a total of246 medicines were collected and sorted out,with a cumulative frequency of4263 occurrences.Conclusion:Clinical Research Section:1、The clinical study confirmed that Kidney-Replenishing Decoction had a remarkable therapeutic effect.2 、 Kidney-Replenishing also improved the systemic symptoms of infertility patients with ovulation disorder.3 、 Kidney-Replenishing can definitely increase the pregnancy and ovulation rate of patients.The experience summary of gynecologists in diagnosis and treatment of infertility:1、 Among the pathogenesis of infertility,ovulation disorder is the most common in Western medicine.The main organs involved in TCM are kidney,liver and spleen,of which kidney appears most frequently.Pathogenesis mainly involves blood stasis,kidney deficiency,phlegm-dampness and liver depression,among which blood stasis occurs most frequently.2、 Common medicines were analyzed,It was found that Angelica sinensis,Paeonia lactiflora and Cuscuta chinensis were the most frequently used drugs,and the drugs of tonifying deficiency were the most frequently used drugs,followed by the drugs of activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis and regulating qi.3、 It was found that the pathogenesis of infertility was complex,so many famous experts used prescriptions to treat the symptoms of infertility,and at the same time to invigorate the deficiency,they also used the methods of activating blood circulation and promoting qi,removing blood stasis and dampness. |
