Research On The Rules And Laws Of TCM Syndrome And Treatment Based On The Literature Of Asthma

Objective: To explore the potential relationship among disease,syndrome,prescription and drug in the first clinical case of treatment based on syndrome differentiation published by different doctors in CNKI in recent 10 years,using data mining and analysis technology,objective to probe into the Medication Law of asthma patients,in order to provide the thinking for the treatment of asthma in TCM and guide the prescription.Methods:Taking "Xiao","Xiao Bing","Xiao Chuan","Chuan Zheng" and "bronchial asthma" as fuzzy search terms,the subjects selected "traditional Chinese medicine" and "integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine",and the years from January 2012 to 2021 were selected.The Chinese literature published by CNKI in December,after reviewing the text,screened the eligible literature according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria.A total of 556 articles were included,and 682 medical cases were selected.After literature selection,a database was established using WPS Excel 2020.The information contained in the database includes document names,search terms,patient gender,age,course of disease,incentives,Western medicine disease names,Chinese medicine disease names,syndrome types,prescriptions,and drugs.Use the functions in the Excel table to conduct frequency analysis on gender,age,course of disease,incentives,etc;use the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary platform v2.5 to conduct frequency statistics on Chinese and Western medicine disease names,syndrome types,prescriptions,and drugs(Si Qi,Wu Wei,and Gui Jing),and perform association rule analysis and entropy cluster analysis on the drugs in it.Results:1.The number of female patients with BA is slightly more than that of male patients;the number of middle-aged,young and child age groups is more,and the elderly are less;most of the patients have a history of less than 3 years,and relatively few are more than 20 years old.2.There are more than 30 kinds of incentives,among which cold is the most important incentive,followed by activities or fatigue,irritating odor,smoke and dust,emotional stimulation,etc.3.Chinese medical name "Xiao Bing" most," Han Zheng" at least and so on.Western medical name,BA exacerbation the most,CTVA the least.4.Syndrome type(1)The top 3 in the BA exacerbation,"Leng Xiao","Re Xiao","Tan Xiao" etc.(2)The top 3 BA in the remission stage,lung and spleen deficiency,lung and kidney deficiency,phlegm obstruction lung syndrome,etc.;(3)CVA top 3,wind Evil invading the lung,wind-heat invading the lung,wind-cold attacking the lung,etc.;(4)Top 3 CTVA syndromes,liver stagnation and qi stagnation,phlegm turbid obstruction,chest yang obstruction,etc.5.Prescriptions(1)The top three in the attack period of BA,Xiaoqinglong Decoction,Shegan Mahuang Decoction,Maxing Shigan Decoction,etc.;(2)The top three in the remission period of BA,Liujunzi Decoction,Yupingfeng Powder,Liuwei Dihuang Pill,etc.;(3)The top three in CVA,small Qinglong Decoction,Zhisou Powder,Xiao Chaihu Decoction,etc.;(4)The top 3 CTVA,Gualou Xiebai Banxia Decoction,Chaihu Shugan Powder,"Qianjin" Weijing Decoction,etc.6.High-frequency drugs(1)The top 10 ephedra,almond,Pinellia,licorice,perilla,Asarum,Scutellaria,Schisandra,Dilong,Shegan,etc.in the first BA attack period;(2)The top 10 Atractylodes,Poria,Astragalus,Schisandra,Banana,etc.in the BA remission period Summer,licorice,tangerine peel,almond,ephedra,parsnip,etc;Gualou,almond,Bupleurum,Poria,licorice,white peony,tangerine peel,aster,etc.(3)The top 10 CVA ephedra,almond,licorice,cicada slough,aster,Pinellia,Platycodon,Scutellaria,Schisandra,Baibu,etc;Peony,tangerine peel,aster,etc.(4)CTVA Top 10 Pinellia,Citrus aurantium,Gualou,Almond,Bupleurum,Poria,Licorice,White Peony,Chenpi,Aster,etc.7.(1)Four qi,BA attack,CVA,CTVA are all inclined to warm,cold,and flat;BA remission period is inclined to warm,flat,and cold;(2)Five flavors,BA attack period is inclined to acrid,bitter,sweet,BA remission period is inclined to Sweet,acrid,and bitter,CVA and CTVA tend to be bitter,acrid,and sweet.(3)Returning to meridians,12 meridians are involved,most of which are lung,spleen and stomach meridians.8.Relevant drug combination(1)The top 5 in the BA attack period,ephedra-almond,Pinellia-ephedra,licorice-ephedra,ephedra-asari,licorice-almond,etc.(2)The top 5 in the BA remission period,Atractylodes-Poria,Astragalus-Atractylodes,Atractylodes-Licorice,Astragalus-Schisandra,Pinellia-Atractylodes,etc.;(3)Top 5 CVA,Ephedra-almond,Licorice-Almond,Licorice-Ephedra,Cicada-Almond,Ephedra-Cicada,etc.(4)Top 5 CTVA,Pinellia-Almond,Gualou-Almonds,Pinellia-Garlou,Pinellia-Citrus aurantium,Poria-Garau,etc.9.Cluster analysis(1)16 new prescriptions such as Tinglizi-Poria-Atractylodes-Dangshen were obtained during BA attack;(2)13 new prescriptions such as Muxiang-Yizhiren-Cicstanche-Magshi were obtained during BA remission;(3)CVA obtained Tinglizi-Qingdai-18 new recipes including sea pumice-agrimony(4)CTVA obtained 2 new recipes including Xingbai-shegan-coltsfoot flower-cynnus fragrans.Conclusions:1.Gender and age(1)There is no significant gender difference in the prevalence of BA;(2)BA can occur in all age groups,but mainly in middle-aged,young,and childhood populations;2.Course of disease and incentives(1)The duration of BA varies,but most of them are within 3 years;(2)There are many incentives for BA,but cold is the most important one;3.Syndrome types and prescriptions(1)During the attack period of BA,the symptoms of cold wheezing,hot wheezing and phlegm wheezing are mostly;Xiaoqinglong Decoction and Shegan Mahuang Decoction are mostly used;(2)During the remission period of BA,the symptoms of lung and spleen deficiency,lung and kidney deficiency,and phlegm obstruction are the most common symptoms.Lung syndromes are mostly;Liujunzi Decoction and Yupingfeng are mostly used;(3)CVA,wind pathogens invading the lungs,wind-heat invading the lungs,and wind-cold attacking the lungs are mostly used,Xiaoqinglong Decoction,and coughing are mostly scattered;(4)CTVA,liver stagnation and qi stagnation are mostly used.,phlegm turbidity obstruction,chest yang obstruction syndrome mostly,use Gualou Xiebai Banxia Decoction,Chaihu Shugan Powder;4.Efficacy of drugs(1)During the attack period of BA,it tends to relieve the body and dispel cold,warm the lungs and Huayin,relieve cough and relieve asthma,etc.;(2)During the remission period of BA,it tends to nourish the lung and spleen,absorb Qi and relieve asthma,and resolve phlegm and relieve cough.,relieving cough and phlegm,clearing heat and dispersing lung,etc.;(4)CTVA tends to soothe the liver and relieve stagnation,widen the chest and dissipate stagnation,regulate qi and resolve phlegm,etc.;5.Four qi,five flavors,and meridians of medicines(1)The four qi of BA are mainly warm,cold and flat;(2)the five flavors of BA are mainly bitter,acrid and sweet;(3)the meridians of BA are mainly the lung,spleen and stomach meridians;6.Drug association and clustering(1)The high-frequency drug combination obtained by the association rule analysis can be used as a clinical alternative drug compatibility;(2)The new prescription obtained by the cluster analysis can be used as a clinical alternative prescription.Although both can be used as clinical alternatives,in clinical practice,it should also be based on clinical syndrome differentiation,and must not be rigid,and the alternative drug compatibility and new prescriptions are only for reference.
