Wan Liling’s Experience In Treating Bronchial Asthma Based On Data Mining

Objective:This study collected the medical records of Wan Liling,a famous traditional Chinese medicine doctor in Jiangxi province,in the treatment of bronchial asthma,and adopted the form of data mining to summarize the law of wan Liling’s traditional Chinese medicine medication in the treatment of bronchial asthma,and explore her medication experience,so as to better inherit and develop her academic experience and guide clinical practice.Methods:Collect the standardized medical records of bronchial asthma diagnosed and treated by Tutor Wan Liling from September 2019 to February2021.Firstly,sort out the collected medical records,and then input the medical records that meet the requirements into Excel for preservation.After the input is completed,a second check will be conducted to check the accuracy of the data.Then,the medical record information was imported into the TRADITIONAL Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary platform V2.5,and the medical record data was processed through the data mining method of the software,and finally the analysis results were obtained.Results:Through the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary platform V2.5,the data mining analysis of asthma cases was conducted,and a total of 302 cases of asthma cases were included in the data.According to the software analysis,the results are as follows:1.General information statistics showed that there were more female patients than male patients,with 134 male patients and 168 female patients,with a male to female ratio of about 4:5.Patients aged 10 years and below were 17.55%,11-20 years old were 8.94%,21-30 years old were3.64%,31-40 years old were 6.95%,41-50 years old were 24.50%,51-60 years old were 18.87%,61-70 years old were 11.59%,71-80 years old were 6.95%,Patients over 80 years old 0.99%.2.The syndrome types involved in this study include external cold liyin syndrome,phlegm heat stagnation of lung,phlegm turbidity blocking lung,phlegm stagnation of lung,dampness and heat accumulation of lung,wind evil love of lung,liver and lung malregulation,weak qi Yang deficiency,deficiency of lung and kidney,and deficiency of lung qi qi.Among them,the syndrome with the highest proportion is external cold Liyin syndrome(46.69%),followed by the syndrome with weak Qi Yang deficiency(18.54%).3.In this study,121 drugs were involved in the tutor’s treatment of bronchial asthma,and the top 15 high-frequency drugs were: Almond(229times),cassia twig(210 times),paeonia lactiflora(205 times),Pinellia fargesii(196 times),Magnolia officinalis(193 times),processed glycyrrhiza glycyrrhiza(191 times),tangerine peel(168 times),processed ephedra(161 times),Asarum(147 times),platycodon grandiflorum(144 times),Perilla fruit(138 times),dried ginger(131times),schisandra fruit(124 times)),ghost feather(122),ginger(99).4.Statistics of the four qi and five tastes showed that the four qi were warm,cold,flat,hot and cold from high to low,and the frequency of using warm drugs was the highest,accounting for 69.66%;The statistics of five tastes,from high to low,are respectively spicy,bitter,sweet,sour,salty and astringent;The frequency of traditional Chinese medicine was lung,spleen,stomach,heart,large intestine,kidney,liver,bladder,bile,small intestine,tricoke and pericardium in descending order.5.There were 40 groups of common drug combinations for the treatment of bronchial asthma,including 23 groups of common two-drug combinations and 17 groups of three-drug combinations.6.Through data mining of inheritance auxiliary platform,14 potential core drug combinations and 3 new prescriptions were obtained.Conclusion:1.Through data mining and analysis of the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary platform,the experience of tutor in the treatment of bronchial asthma was summarized as follows: warming method is the main method,promoting health and health is used together,lung and nose are treated together,phlegm is cleansed and blood stasis is removed,and roots are protected.2.Through the analysis of prescription law,common drug prescriptions:processed ephedra,dried ginger,Asarum,cassia twig,paeonia root,platycodon grandiflorum,almond,Pinellia ternata,processed glycyrrhiza,Schisandra fruit,Magnolia officinalis,Perilla fruit,tangerine peel.
