Pricking blood treatment group was adopted the method of acupuncture and pricking blood therapy combined with acup uncture. The observation period for each group were the course before treatment, after th e end of treatment for 30 minutes and the course after one therapeutic course. The visual analogue score(VAS score), headache, integral method, the patients were scored in the three observation period. The clinical effect of acupuncture combined with pricking blo od letting therapy, compare the difference between the two methods were assessed throu gh the integral comparison before and after the treatment. Results: 1. After the end of treatment for the first 30 minutes,â‘ there was no significant difference before and after treatment of acupuncture combined with VAS headache scor es in pricking blood therapy group(p<0.05); The simple acupuncture treatment group before and after treatment VAS headache scores were compared, the difference was significant(p<0.05); the two groups after treatment compared, pricking blood therapy group before and after treatment of acupuncture combined with VAS integral decreased, the difference was significant(p<0.01); â‘¡Acupuncture combined with pricking blood therapy group, the total effective rate was 100%, the simple acupuncture treatment group the total effective rate was 63.33%, the total efficiency of two groups of comparison, the difference was significant(p<0.01).2. After the end of treatment:â‘ Pricking blood therapy group before and after treatment of acupuncture combined with VAS headache scores were compared, the difference was significant(p<0.01);acupuncture treatment group before and after treatment VAS headache scores werecompared, the difference was significant(p<0.01); the two groups after treatment compared, acupuncture combined with pricking blood therapy group before and after treatment VAS head pain score decreased, the difference was significant(p<0.01); â‘¡Pricking blood therapy group before and after treatment of acupuncture combined with headache integral comparison, the difference was significant(p<0.01); acupuncture treatment group before and after treatment of headache integral comparison, the difference was significant(p<0.01); the two groups after treatment compared, pricking blood therapy group before and after treatment of acupuncture combined with headache integral decreased, the difference was significant(p<0.05); â‘¢Acupuncture combined with pricking blood therapy group, the total effective rate was 96.67%, the simple acupuncture treatment group total effectiveness 73.33%, two groups, the difference was significant(p<0.05).Conclusions:1. acupuncture combined with pricking blood therapy in the treatment of migraine has good immediate analgesic effect; 2.acupuncture combined with pricking blood therapy in the treatment of migraine curative effect; 3. acupuncture combined with pricking blood therapy of migraine is better than simple acupuncture treatment, no adverse reactions, it is worthy of popularization and application.
