Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Migraine With Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis By Acupuncture At Siguan Point Combined With Blood-letting Puncture

Objective: This subject takes patients with Qi-stagnation and blood-stasis type migraine as the research object,takes acupuncture at Siguan point combined with puncturing collages and letting blood as the treatment method,and observe its clinical effect,providing a new idea and method for the clinical treatment of Qi-stagnation and blood-stasis type migraine.Methods: 66 patients with migraine with qi stagnation and blood stasis who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group(33 cases)and control group(33 cases).The treatment group was treated 3 times a week,once every other day,as a course of treatment for two consecutive weeks,a total of two courses of treatment,a total of four weeks.The control group was given flunarizine hydrochloride capsules orally for two consecutive weeks regard as a process of treatment,two process of treatment in total,a total of four weeks.VAS score,migraine comprehensive score,migraine specific quality of life questionnaire score and TCM symptom score of the two groups were writed down before and after treatment,and statistically analyzed and compared.Results: 1.VAS scores: The VAS score of both groups was lower than that before treatment(P<0.05),and the VAS scores in the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).2.Migraine comprehensive scores: Migraine comprehensive scores of both groups were lower after treatment than before treatment(P<0.05).Comparison between groups: the severity of headache,duration of attack and accompanying symptom scores in the treatment group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the number of headache attacks between the two groups(P>0.05).3.MSQ score: After treatment,the scores of functional limitation,dysfunction and emotional function of the two groups were improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and The mprovement rate was better in the treatment group than in the control group,The difference was statistically significant.4.TCM symptom score: The total TCM symptom score of the two groups after treatment was reduced compared with that before treatment(P<0.05),and the reduction range of the treatment group was greater than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of TCM symptoms in two groups were reduced after treatment compared with before treatment(P<0.05),and there were significant differences in headache score,pain at fixed point score,recurrent attack score,irritability score between two groups(P<0.05),and the reduction range in the treatment group was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the scores of headache tingling or distension pain,chest tightness or distension pain in two groups(P>0.05).5.Overall efficacy evaluation: The total effective rate of the two groups was statistically analyzed,The total effective rate was 93.75% in the treatment group and 75% in the control group,There was significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05),illustrating that the clinical effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.indicating that the clinical efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion: Acupuncture at Si Guan Point combined with bloodletting is safe and has no side effects in the treatment of migraine with qi stagnation and blood stasis.
