Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (Liver And Stomach Disharmony Type) By Modified Sini San And Sijunzi Decoction

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of modified Sini San and Sijunzi Decoction in treating gastroesophageal reflux disease(liver and stomach disharmony type),and to provide reference for the treatment of this disease.Methods:In this study,46 patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease(liver and stomach disharmony type)who met the inclusion criteria and did not meet the exclusion criteria were numbered according to the order in which they came to see the doctor.Patients taken modified Sini San and Sijunzi Decoction for treatment,daily taken 1 dose,the course of treatment was 2 weeks.Observed and recorded the changes of TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment,and followed up the effective patients 1 week after treatment to evaluate the recurrence.And statistical software was used IBM SPSS Statistics 23.0 analyzed the obtained data.Results:The clinical observation included 46 cases,two of them fell off because they didn’t follow-up,the actual number of cases included was 44.After treatment,the total scores of TCM syndrome decreased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).There were 0 cured patients(0.00%),2 valid patients(4.55%),33 effective patients(75.00%),9 invalid patients(20.45%),the total effective rate was 79.55%.After treatment,the scores of heartburn,reflux and abdominal distention in the main symptoms were lower than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),the scores of rib fullness/pain were lower than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically general(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of gastric pain,hiccups,anorexia,constipation,stool sticky,dry mouth bitter,poor sleep and emotional restlessness eight points in the secondary symptoms were lower than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),the scores of sternal pain and four-terminal non-warm were lower than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically general(P<0.05).After 1 week of withdrawal,35 effective cases were followed-up,of which 8 patients recurred,27 patients did not recur,and the recurrence rate was 22.86%.Conclusion:1.Modified Sini San and Sijunzi Decoction can reduce the scores of heartburn and reflux in the main symptom scores of patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease(liver and stomach disharmony type),and improve the typical symptoms of patients.2.Modified Sini San and Sijunzi Decoction can reduce the total scores of TCM syndrome of patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease(liver and stomach disharmony type)and improve the overall clinical symptoms of the patients.
