Shendi Kidney Capsule On Renal Interstitial Fibrosis In Rats NMP-9,TIMP-1 Protein Expression

Objective: Experimental study of the protective effect observed by reference to the kidney capsule on renal function in rats and its effect on MMP-9/TIMP-1 protein expression.Explore the protection of renal function,renal mechanisms between the anti-fibrosis.Methods:70 healthy male SPF SD rats,randomly into 5 groups,that control group,sham operation group,UUO model group, Niaoduqing group of particles,Shendi kidney capsule group. Ginseng kidney capsule groups of 14, followed by weighing number.Conventional adaptive feeding one w eek after the start modeling,preoperative fasting 12 h.Unilateral ureteral ob struction caused renal interstitial fibrosis(UUO model),sham operation gro up to free the left ureter,without ligation,not cut,the control group withou t surgery.Immediately after the model gavage treatment.Regimen:blank gro up received 2ml/d of distilled water,the sham group received 2ml/d of di stilled water,UUO model group were given 2ml/d of distilled water, niaod uqing particle group formulated solution fed by 2.25g/kg/d,shendi kidney capsule group formulated solution fed by 0.324g/kg/d,AM gavage once da ily, for 4 weeks until the end of the experiment.In modeling 0 weeks,2 w eeks and 4 weeks,compare observe the general condition of rats and BUN,Scr,urinary albumin changes.Immunohistochemistry was used to detect case s of renal tissue MMP-9/TIMP-1 protein expression.Results:Reference to the general state of the kidney capsule of rats was significantly better than UUO model group,shendi kidney capsule rats BUN, Scr decreased,UUO model group with significant difference(P <0.05), and its effect was better than Niaoduqing particle group(P <0.05);After Niaoduqing particles,ginseng capsule after kidney treatment,tubu lointerstitial inflammatory cell infiltration,tubular atrophy and interstitial f ibrosis and other pathological change mitigation and ginseng group than t he kidney capsule Niaoduqing group of particles.Shendi kidney capsule ca n increase the expression of MMP-9 in renal tissue,reduce the expression of TIMP-1,increase MMP-9/TIMP-1 ratio over the same period UUO mode l group was significantly(P<0.05), and better than the same period Niaod uqing particles group(P<0.05).Conclusion: 1,Shendi kidney capsule can improve living conditions RIF rats, slow disease progression.2,Ginseng capsules by reducing the rat kidney creatinine RIF, urea nitrogen thus reducing RIF.3,Shendi kidney capsule may be regulated by the expression of MMP-9 in renal tissue, inhibiting the expression of TIMP-1, increase MMP-9 / TIMP-1ratio play against renal interstitial fibrosis.
