Objectives:1.By large sample survey, this study a medical university nursing school in Shanxi Province grade three undergraduate degree of occupational protection knowledge cross-sectional survey and longitudinal analysis, understand the nursing undergraduates of nursing occupational protection knowledge and attitude and its existing vulnerabilities,for researchers system perfect courses in "nursing occupational safety and protective" provide a reference basis, improve the level of nursing students of institutions of higher learning the knowledge of occupational protection and awareness, reduce the incidence of occupational exposure to practice and protect life;2.This research through the expert consultation, expert argumentation, the courses in the Nursing professional toxicology and protection for the construction of a reasonable(open time allotment, content to master degree and the class hours), provide a reference for other nursing college courses in such advice;3.This study attempts to use the self-made teaching for nursing students about Nursing occupational safety and protection knowledge, improve nursing students the cognitive status of occupational protection; At the same time increase the practice course of occupational protection, theory combined with practice, promote the development of occupational health.Methods:This topic by the methods of literature review, expert interview method, Delphimethod, questionnaire method, courses, statistical methods such as qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, comparative research method of combining the study. Among them, the questionnaire was applied to nursing undergraduate students in the status of occupational protection ability and practice during the incidence of occupational exposure behavior situation investigation, through interviews to understand the experts in the course of "nursing occupational safety and protective" teaching content and teaching arrangement of views and opinions, through the Delphi method to determine the curriculum framework of teaching content and teaching outline, The result of the above using the related statistical software for statistical analysis.Results:1.Different types of nursing undergraduates for nursing occupational protection knowledge, attitudes, behavior and coping ability level is different, but are relatively low;2.To determine the "nursing professional toxicology and protection" course syllabus;3.Completed the "nursing professional toxicology and protection" lecture notes compiled;4.To apply this course for certification for nursing undergraduate professional elective courses in our school.Conclusions:1.Rise this student nursing undergraduates more need to strengthen the education of occupational protection, in order to improve the level of protection knowledge of nursing students and improving safety behavior;2.Universities and colleges of undergraduate course education should increase the harmful factors of pathogenic mechanism, and the damage degree based professional toxicology knowledge, make students from active protection consciousness improved;3.Formulate rational and scientific, and highlight the teaching plan and notes data,conducive to students mastery of knowledge and understanding, and reduce the incidence of occupational exposure in the practice process.
