Objective:To analysis the correlation between the resting heart rate and microalbuminuria and Cys C in the patients with high-normal blood pressure. Methods:Two hundred patient who were diagnosed with high-normal blood pressure in patients and medical center of Second Hospital of Shanxi Medical University from December 2012 to December 2014 were selected and divided into three groups according to the level of the re-sting heart rate:60-69 bpm group(51 cases), 70-79 bpm group(52 cases), 80-89 bpm group(48 cases) and 90-99 bpm group(49 cases). Choosing 30 cases of the same period in our hospital check-up healthy subjects as normal control group. Microalbuminuria and Cystatin C were measured on the next day of Hospitalization. Comparing the differences of m ALB and Cys C in these groups, with P < 0.05 for the difference has statistics.Results:1.The differences of microalbuminuria and Cys C among the four group and the control group were significant(P < 0.05), with the increase of resting heart rate among the experim-ental groups, the content of microalbuminuria and Cys C were in an increased trend(all P< 0.05);2.Logistic regression analysis showed that blood lipids, resting heart rate,microalbu-minuria and Cys C are high independent risk factors of high-normal blood pressure. Conclusion:High resting heart rate plays an important role in the early renal damage in the patients with high-normal blood pressure. Therefore the management of high-normal blood pressur-e should attract more attention according to monitoring resting heart rate, and take the inte-rvention timely, so as to provide theoretical basis for the management of the early renal da-mage of in patients with high-normal blood pressure.
