Objective:By collecting of traditional cardiovascular risk factor(normal blood pressure, blood lipid, fasting blood glucose, uric acid) related indicators, To observe the relationship between resting heart rate and cardiovascular risk factors in normal blood pressure groups, discuss the influence of cardiovascular risk factors to sympathetic nerve activation.Methods:1.A total of 2493 people was selected in medical center of Shanxi dayi hospital from2013 to 2014.Inclusion criteria:(1)normal blood pressure,(2)18 to 55 years old,(3)Exclude a history of underlying diseases hypertension, prehypertension, diabetes, coronary heart disease, respiratory disease, liver and kidney dysfunction, endocrine disease, cancer and so on.2.Collection metrics includes blood pressure, age、resting heart rate, total cholersteol, triglyceride, high density lipoprotein cholesterol, low density lipoprotein cholesterol, fasting blood glucose, uric acid.3.The people were divided into 4 groups according to the levels of RHR: RHR1(RHR ﹤ 62/min, n=612); RHR2(62≤RHR<67/min, n=718); RHR3(67≤RHR<72/min,n=542); RHR4(RHR≥72/min,n=621).Among the four groups of the indicators with the non-parametric Kruskal-Wallis H test to assess whether there was statistically significant between the groups. Spearman correlation analysis to assess correlation between resting heart rate and various traditional cardiovascular risk factors. Multiple linear regression analysis is used to evaluate the influencing factors of the resting heart rate.Results:1.Comparison of 4 groups of subjects of age, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure have no difference in Statistics(P﹥0.05). total cholesterol, triglycerides, low density lipoprotein cholesterol, fasting blood glucose, uric acid and other indicators have difference in Statistics(P < 0.05).2.Spearman correlation analysis showed that the resting heart rate and total cholersteol, low density lipoprotein cholesterol, triglyceride, fasting blood glucose, uric acid had a positive correlation.3.Multiple linear regression analysis showed the influencing factors of the resting heart rate include total cholersteol, uric acid, fasting blood glucose, low density lipoprotein cholesterol.Conclusions:1.To the normal blood pressure population, resting heart rate is significantly different from its traditional cardiovascular risk factors: total cholesterol, triglycerides, low density lipoprotein cholesterol, fasting blood glucose, uric acid.2. Spearman correlation analysis showed, resting heart rate have a positive correlation with total cholersteol, low density lipoprotein cholesterol, triglyceride, fasting blood glucose, uric acid.3.The results suggested that the Sympathetic nerve may be activated by the traditional cardiovascular risk factors in the absence of sympathetic activation.
