Objective:The collection of high normal blood pressure in body mass index, fasting blood glucose, blood lipid, creatinine, uric acid and other related indicators, observation of the relationship between the indexes and the resting heart rate, and then explore the high normal blood pressure on cardiovascular risk factors influencing resting heart rate, early intervention for high normal blood pressure and provide a theoretical basis with multiple cardiovascular risk factors.Methods:1 the object of study:Collection of medical center in Shanχi dayi hospital in 2013 May to 2014 June in hospital of 1599 patients aged 18 to 55 years old people with high normal blood pressure. On the basis of resting heart rate and divided into 4 groups :Group A[Resting heart rate<60 /min,n=345]; Group B[Resting heart rate60~65 /min,n=370]; Group C[Resting heart rate65~70 /min,n=448]; Group D[Resting heart rate>70 /min,n=436].2 research on index: Recording Cardiovascular risk factors of age, blood pressure, resting heart rate, body mass index, fasting blood glucose, total cholesterol, triglyceride, high density lipoprotein cholesterol, low density lipoprotein cholesterol, creatinine and uric acid with each record examination3 statistical analysis:Correlation analysis using Spearman rank correlation analysis to assess the relationship between two quantitative variables. Multivariate analysis wasanalyzed using multiple linear regression. Results:Comparison of 4 groups of subjects of systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, age, body mass index, fasting blood glucose, total cholesterol, triglycerides, high density lipoprotein protein cholesterol, low density lipoprotein cholesterol, creatinine, uric acid and other indicators have difference in Statistics(P <0.05).Spearman correlation analysis showed that the resting heart rate and body mass indeχ, fasting blood glucose, total cholesterol, low density lipoprotein cholesterol, creatinine, uric acid had a significant positive correlation. Resting heart rate and age, high density lipoprotein cholesterol was significantly negative correlation. Multiple linear analysis(alpha into =0.05, alpha =0.10 into the discharge standard) showed the influencing factors of the resting heart rate followed by total cholesterol, low density lipoprotein cholesterol, body mass index, age, triglyceride, uric acid and fasting blood glucose. Conclusion:Normal value factors resting heart rate of different levels of blood pressure and its cardiovascular risk also exists obvious difference, and the significant positive correlation between resting heart rate and the cardiovascular risk factors. This indicates that there is a close relationship between the high normal resting blood pressure heart rate in population with multiple cardiovascular risk factors, cardiovascular sympathetic activation may explain this relationship.
